Stating the obvious if one entity take over 50.1% ownership yof a company ou control the company without owning 100%. Core is a publicly listed company owned by ahareholders run by an elected board voted in by a majority vote. Minority shareholder DONT run the company and make the decisions BUT in this case they seem to have some control over the BCSC and the decisions the courts make (maybe they are minority shareholders or allies). However the courts and the BCSC cant prevent ownership of shares in core gold and rightful ownership of the company only +50.1% majority shareholders can.
