Oz...what does Piggott have to do with this? You're starting to sound like Donald Trump, where every time someone says something that you don't like or you disagree with, it's "fake news". Even the Core Board referred to asking Titan to respond to allegations about the Vista plant permits in their last news release. I happen to believe that there were issues with the permit based on what I've read and seen. The Core Board obviously believed the concerns were serious enough to ask Titan for clarification. Even if it turns out that Titan got the Vista permits reinstated back to good standing, don't you think they owed shareholders an explanation...if for no other reason, to gloat about it on their website afterwards? That alone could have locked up more shares for Titan and diminished the dissenting Core minority shareholder's case against the takeover with the BCSC...turtle56
