Not sure there's been much negative press in the last while but yes, clearly he's not in favour of the Titan takeover given there's an offer from another suitor that most minority shareholders consider superior to the Titan offer. You're right that the options are becoming more limited. Maybe Titan is a viable option...convince me how and why they can make this work, given the large float, significant debt and lack of money post merger...turtle56
