I agree in some part with your thoughts but the market has a way of valuing the share price based on demand and the bid and asking prices. Capital raisings and the subsequent big volume sell off from sophisticared investors getting in and out has caused the share price drop.
Core shareholders after delisting will soon be titan share holders if accepting the deal and still own all their assets through being titan shareholder.
There will most likely be much higher volumes traded as a result BUT the combined assets will now make the company a mid cap and attract more institutional investors and move the share price back up as demand increases.
