Seriously I'd like to be a fly on the wall when they discuss these capital raisings..No attempt to protect the share price, or regards to dilution..?
This is the way I figure ...
If you own one share at 0.053 then take up the 2 for 1 offer at a cent then .053 plus 0.01 x 2 = 0.073
then divide by 3 is 0.024 cents roughly , so any SP above this would be a 'win' lol (joke)
Bear in mind the dilution appears to be more than 2 for 1... more like 2.6 for 1
OR You could do nothing and hope the share price to drops below 0.01 to address the dilution, OR bail out with a loss
At least one 'good' thing (another joke) is the market cap is only 12 mill - less than a lot of houses these days .. So it's not inconceivable the market cap could multiple on some news
These are just my very quick calculations, happy to be corrected or hear another take on it
