The dilution and discount is ridiculous. If the board think the company is worth so little, it must be worth even less. Soon they’ll be paying people to take shares (hopefully, this would be the only way for shareholders to make money!)
While the share price has declined rapidly in recent times, things felt in safer hands under Herbert. Perhaps not?
Hopefully the raise allows the team to collect a couple more paycheques…
