I'm no financial expert, it having the shares being drip feed over the 18 months is good for us, provided the share price goes up -as higher share price=less shares issued, keeps dilution to a minimum. And we can assume the share price is going up-otherwise why would we be invested? As the milestones are ticked off-share
price should rise.
one of the main reason I invested into this was the quality of the board and the flourite, (I'm not 100% sold on redox flow batteries Tech is great but such a long way to go for mass uptake and always going to be competing tech and newer technology coming through, Zinc bromine, molten salt, phosphate ect) and the fact that GW is experienced in financial markets is a huge boom for us, I used to think ideally a CEO or MD should be a geo or mining engineer but after seeing so many companies with a decent deposit crash and burn makes me think the financial side is far more importantJust my opinion. And having Maria onside is brilliant should redox flow
