34,333,413 Options not taken up (approx. 10%) - $34,333.41 worth, will now be distributed by the Underwriter at their discretion (cough, cough)...not sure why this even needed to be underwritten. The BoD imo right about now would be hive-fiving each other with shouts of 'there's more than one way to skin a cat' and I'm sure SS would be feeling very proud of himself right about now; the one who hasn't said Boo, since the so call Performance/Depreciation Shares were vetoed:
