The CEO should always take the blame for the company's failures. They are the leader of the company.

MVC should have reached out to you for your expertise. It's pretty alarming that an HC poster has a better skill set than the previous King of MRC.

Do you know who MRC employed 2.5-3 years ago to work out the flow sheet for the inland strands or did MVC just assume this mineralisation could be processed through the existing processing plant without any modifications?

Since the first campaign started 2.5 years ago, they have nearly resolved all of the issues with processing the inland strands mineralisation. As Scott said they only need engineering solutions to resolve the issues with the fines/slimes. the two resolutions are additional water and new cyclones along with the other numerous additional equipment MRC has installed to remove the organic material and improve the recovery of the Heavy Metals.
