It's amazing how bad your memory is.
After the first failure to process the inland strands under MVC, MRC completed a review of the processing and installed additional equipment over the next 2 years. This resulted in better recoveries of the HM's although the recovery wasn't as high as anticipated. This is why MRC are installing better cyclones to remove the fines along with additional seawater supply to assist with their removal.
It would be helpful if you caught up on the recent announcements. it isn't the first time I have mentioned the upgrades MRC has completed.
These two announcements should cover the history of what has occurred since MVC was terminated.
