One point you are forgetting is that with 71% of the company controlled by 5 investors, any rerate can be significant due to the limited number of available shares. That is why I have mentioned once MVC has sold his remaining shares, there should be a quick rerate back to fair value when the processing issues have been resolved.

If Scott's assessment is correct, this will likely occur early next year.
