Croc imo it would take at least 3vyears to naturally replenish R1 to 7 and a lot longer for the northern beaches. The mods to the existing plant are coming up to their 3rd year anniversary. So not sure if its engineering or lack of capital or both.Also the greenys could have an impact if slimes was leaching to ground water or the beach.
