this equates to the company just issuing another truck load of options ( possible future common shares) to " consultants" in lieu of payment - equivalent of $420,000 worth.
pretty much the opposite of what you suggest.
Too many on this thread with a scant understanding of options.
I suggest to them to take the time to understand before dipping hand in pocket.
