Does anyone have an opinion on the 800,000,000 (yes, 800 million!) shares that VML will issue to Cheetah on the completion of various targets. That is a huge dilution for existing shareholders - 2.5 billion shares currently on offer, so approx. a 1/3 dilution coming in the future. Would love to hear some other investors' thoughts about this...
