Yes it is a really strange move. This is the kind of things companies do to conserve cash. Shares were issued at 0.125 c per share so a discount. $200K for digital marketing???? Seems to be a lot as well. How long was it for and what kind of ROI did the company get. It doesn't look like they are exponentially increasing their uptake of products as there has been no updates other than the quarterly report. What happened to them reporting every 2500 units or has it been over 7 months and we still don't have 2500 new end points. The concern always with this management is nothing is clear and they hide behind weird numbers and try to blur the facts.
Fact One: There still is not a commercial product for oper8tor and it has been at least 12 months over due and they have spent over $400K
Fact Two: Noone is accepting responsibility for this and they just keep saying what a great job they are doing
Fact Three: It still has not hit the IPO price and the management still think they have done a good job
Fact Four : Shareholders are crying out for information and management just ignore them
Fact Five: Spirit telecom are doing so much better than Vonex and seem to have a management team that want to keep its shareholders informed and are constantly spruiking the stock
