That relates to someone converting shares from the CN in December. To be fair anyone could buy around the same price then. The person gave the money as a loan to the company instead of buying on market for around the same price. It meant the company had extra money as opposed to the person buying on market which has no cash benefit to the companies coffers. They have now decided to exchange the loan for the shares. Surprised it is such a small amount.
