That's interesting, I haven't been able to find that research paper. Was it emailed to you? Is there any chance you could take a screenshot or upload the file please?
If it was emailed to you.....
1. Open the attachment or PDF in the email & save it to your desktop. (under a name you will remember)
2. Click on the file tab on HC (shown below) & then click on the "drop file" tab. (the drop file tab will light up when you move your cursor over it)
3. A new tab will pop up & you will have to find the file on your desktop in that new window. I don't know your operating system, but I would imagine there's a difference between a PC & a Mac. I'm running Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge as my internet browser, so I just find the file & double-click on it.
4. After double-clicking on the file, it should pop up in the HC window/tab/post automatically.
5. Post to HC.
To upload a screenshot is the exact same process, except you will need to use the snipping tool in Windows 11 (or whichever operating system you have) & take a screenshot. Then save it to your desktop & repeat the process above.
