no institutional investors buy only to sell a week later at a loss, however, we have seen UBS buy and sell heavily and coincidentally although I'm sure it's unrelated, we've seen price falls
my thoughts are to buy the dips, hold long and enjoy the ride. these sort of opportunities only come across is once or twice in a lifetime
