My concern is that it is not at arms length. Are they just buying a 'mates' private vehicle ?
paying less than what it trades for but more than NTA just seems like window dressing to me when we dont know who gains from this deal. Any escrow on the generous gift.
I assume, as the date of issue was 18/10, they didnt get the f.f. divy. so at least thats a +ive.
