    The cash raising is at 6.5c and the Final Date is today December 15 unless extended. Trading in WEC shares is fairly light and selling by M & G Investments looks to have pushed the current trading price well below 6.5c. The last announcement shows they no longer have to inform the market about any further sales of shares.
