Until I added more shares in recent days my average price bought at was $3.84. So I've bought more shares remembering an uncle's comment 'In for a Penny in for a Pound'. However that only takes the average price down to 14.5c so a long journey ahead.
There should be an announcement on Monday or Tuesday extending the date of the offer. If M & G finishes selling the share price might rise or perhaps the directors will buy up the shortfall.
Back in 2004, present Chairman/ Managing Director Brian Flannery bought into Felix Resources through his company White Mining when that company was on the floor. The floor price for Felix Resources, then known as Aurion Energy, was the equivalent of 35c a share peaking in 2008 at $23.00. So on that basis, I remain confident the ride is not over just yet.
