If they break the time frame the agreement is null and void. WFL was not desperate for funds! They can draw down on the GEM finance at any time! The offer to the top 20 shareholders was done very quickly and some of the top 20 were unable to come up with the funds so quickly. The Top 20 believed that the issue price was reasonable. They believe that our share price is so undervalued. If you listen closely to todays presentation Paul mentioned that he budgets for a doubling of sales two or three times over the next 12 months. He also mentioned that he and is team are designing our own machines to manufacture patches. This will reduce our manufacture price significantly and will enable us to bulk supply the 14300 outlets in the US.
