    Because the SPP is at a 6% discount to the VWAP, there probably won't be much value in participating just to sell.

    If you watch what happens in the days up to May 31 you may have an idea if you can sell your existing and maybe pocket the 6%, but you won't definitely know how may shares you will get.

    I suspect that the chances of being oversubscribed are quite small, but it could happen.
