When you consider that GCY is 15 million in the black and by the time the deal is done will have another 15mil.. they are really only offering approx 94million... WGX really need to come to the table or stop wasting time. Which is why I said.. 1 for 4 and pony up 40 million to get the deal done.
Even then its still cheap!
