Its one odd structure. Its more like a convertible bond rather than a share placement. I fully understand why the SP didn't move after it being released.

I raised the question on the forum at 6:40pm when the Market was closed, My comments have had no impact on the SP or anyone investment, If anything it has clarified the structure of the proposed funds.

It seems like a win win for both the investor and WKT.
Less dilution for shareholders if the SP goes up. If the SP goes down the USA investor gains a larger %.
