Simple maths suggests $1.1mil AUD divided by 13.7mil shares = 0.080260306061 cent per shares.
But it appears WKT must have paid an additional fee to BMCG, you might want to ring WKT to find out why you are suffering more dilution or who they are using for the exchange rate. a $120k fee sounds pretty excessive to me. but you guys do love dilution and the happy talk.
