Shares are being issued under a Deed of Debt Conversion whereby the Company and Blue Spec Drilling Pty Ltd agreed
to convert a debt of $250,000 into 760,000 Shares in the Company at a deemed issue price of $0.3289 per Share in
payment for drilling services.
It is just possible that Hole MTRC009 has the Rock Dr's excited , for some reason the guys on the ground made the call to keep drilling past the 300 meter planned depth to almost double what was intended .
Was it something that was seen in the drill chips that gave the drillers a dose of FOMO ?
