Given the likelihood that this will be oversubscribed how does the scale back work? Is it based on the shares you hold or what you apply for. Based on 250k shares what will I get if I apply for $30k versus if I apply for $2k. To apply for the 30k I will after sell some shares. As I l like all my companies I would buy back after scaleback.
