Hmmm, so it looks like we have to wait for some detail. Unless there was something specific they want to fund that needs the cash right now I'm wondering about the timing. Doing the cap raise now feels like either they are not expecting the MRE to deliver an increase in the share price, or worse, it's going to be delayed. I hope I'm just being pessimistic...
