A Xanadu board member being part of the consortium is very strange. I’m sure he was one of those pushing the price down after we exited exclusive negotiations with Xijin. Looks like a win/win for him after picking up a parcel at 6c as a safety against his lowball offer. Not sure how he can be objective or remain on the board.
