Interesting that these shares are in consideration for advisory fees from Henslow. While they provide strategic advice and assist with capital raises, they overwhelmingly specialise in mergers and acquisitions. Not much to go off based off an "advisory fee", but it may be a sign of things to come; acquisition or some form of "global growth" may be on the cards.
