Why are you so angry. I don't quite understand where you are coming from. What does an employee benefit scheme at Z1P have to do with your working arrangements?
If you trust the CEO, Execs and future by buying shares in the company then trust him with this. Its not illegal, not frowned upon, it is been declared to shareholders.... besides..... Incentives are normal for a lot of industries.
