Hi Golden, there is no capital raise...the Propose Issue of Securities relates to the consideration for the acquisition of Toondoon Project which is within an approved Mining Lease, meaning ZEO has can pretty much start mining as soon as they get a mining plan sorted.
As for future capital raises I think ZEO has around $5m+ in the bank and the announcement today regarding acquisition of ML telegraphed the opportunity for near term revenue by way of simple dig & ship DSO project (looks to be highest raw ore kaolin in Australia) - so I reckon they might have income coming in before they need to consider going to the market for working capital - well that's the way I see it
