There are 175 million shares being issued at 5c
If we look at the fully diluted cap table, there are hundreds of millions of outstanding options to the Ilera group for the merger.

I think a company which is pre-revenue, has hundreds of millions of outstanding options and is doing a cap raise at almost a 20% haircut to listed price, poses some significant risk to its existing shareholder base.

Has anyone seen the revenue model they plan to build?

Whilst there is this "licensing fee" paid by Ilera for HOPE, it does seem there has never been any sales ever made historically?

Someone help me understand how we are going to recoup our investment?
