OK, so this is positive.

So we're getting the license acquisition money (fingers crossed) from an unlisted UK based JV partner.

The deal sounds ok, but means EMP would be spending $350k on exploration activities by the end of 2024 to reach 'expenditure equilibrium'.

My guess, the London based company may be:
