    WHOA thats not cool !!

    They changed the proposed entitlement issue big time!!!!

    It WAS a 10c strike & 1 for 3 entitlement

    It's NOW a 15c strike & 1 for 4 entitlement

    Not overly pleased with this - NOT COOL!!!
