So - there we sit with 8m in cash and a listing and we go buy 15% of what looks to be a cash crippled company in Africa with no premium for us touting 2016 production in 2013 .... might get us back to the cash backing of 6 cents per share unless the new cap raise offer price is any lower that. All that after the KIN raid. Surprise me with pricing but it already seems to be priced $1.5m = 3.31% giving an nominal project value of 50Mill assuming there is no debt in AMC.
