My reading is that the percentages represent the amounts each company will/has contributed to the project to get it going. If the annual volume is 50 million tonnes (did I read that correctly?) with a $A65 income CIF in China that translates to $A 3.25 billion p.a. China's resurgent demand for aluminium is pushing the price up slowly giving further positive hope for the future.
Depending on the net profit, the original MHM shareholders with a max of 15% of the total holding should be in the black to some significant level if this project finds its legs.
MHM still own some KIN shares which should realise a profit when sold. I assume these will be divested before a capital raising to keep the total required down.
