They need to stop using EBITDA and EBITA, I want to kill them for using it as their only reporting metric to gauge business success its a joke. Glad that management will take the time to hit their EBITDA p/s targets for their performance shares too! We will soon see how 40% dilution goes for the market.
Paying 52mill shares or ~$10mill + paying off their $10.5mill debt facility puts this on an acquisition value of 10x PE for a services business right now before all the miletones are reached and millions more shares are issued, not cheap. I hope for shareholders sake that a few of the board shift from the merger because this current one is just paying themselves ridiculously and not working in the views of shareholders.
