    re: Ann: Proposed Merger with Silver Lake Res... I am a long term holder in PRH and have seen my investment drop by over 60% in the last few months, and saw great danger in losing all my funds. I also have shares in SLR. Now I can double my investment in SLR with the share allocation. The combined company will then go on to great heights and I can recoup my losses.
