Reading the timetable for the completion of the merger, I wonder why they hold a court hearing and despatch booklets, prior to the shareholders meeting at which the scheme AND the Board may get thrown out? We only need 5% of the vote to call a meeting much sooner and maybe knock the merger AND the board on the head?
