Loki - The auditors warning has been in the annual report for many years and is commonly found in the annual report of most junior explorer/miners that live on that fine line from one year to the next depending on capital raisings and enough working capital to pay employees and contractors.
Fundamentally the current Board and management have let the side down. The Chairman has too much on his plate as CEO of Bathurst Resouces where their coal interest in NZ have a few issues at the moment. The others are all pretty recent additions and don't have a history and affinity for the project.
Most of the positives we have seen this year (DFS & drilling) were all the result of the previous CEO's good work. The new board and MD have not been able to do the business end after the DFS.
