What do you allege or suspect SLR of doing that is unlawful or even immoral? At present SLR does not own even one share or option in PRH. It has made a third party approach using a common scheme approach which it is entitled to do under the Corporations Act. The PRH holders will get to have their say.

I understand how you guys are angry with PRH managent and directors but to suggest SLR is part of some 2 bit conspiracy is right out there.
