ATL could always sell their stake in Camplify ove a period of a month or 2, however, they won’t need to with low debt levels.
Also, camping, caravans and motor home travel is booming this summer in Australia. It’s almost impossible to book a site in a caravan park from now until Easter in Victoria.
I guess it’s a safer/less covid red tape way of travelling than aeroplane.
I thing ATL will do very well and if the merger with THL goes ahead as planned then it’s just an added bonus (20% sp increase based on todays sp)that will become effective in a few months
