new to this stock but from reading the thread seems there is value being left on the table if the merger goes ahead. Does the below maths seem right

Say i buy $5k of ATL at the current market price of 0.66. That will give me 7,575 shares of ATL. i am exchanging 3.68 ATL shares for 1 THL share.

7,575 / 3.68 = 2,058 THL shares . 2058 x 2.98 =NZD$6,132 into AUD at present fx is AUD$ 5,547.

So based on my originaly $5k i have made a 10% just because the market isnt pricing it correctly.

There is FX risk and the risk of THL shares depreciating to a point where 2058 of them are worth less than AUD$5k
