You have your opinion and I have mine. The facts are on 23/7 post trading ICG announced the 20:1 consol proposal when shares had a low of 0.002 and a high of 0.003. On 24/7 being the first day of trading after announcing the consolidation proposal shares had a low of 0.001 and a high of 0.002. On 19/8 SP had a low of 0.003 and a high of 0.0035 with a close of 0.0035.
Whether buyer or seller needs to adjust price is based on perception. Atm the results of Drill report and the 28 targets listed all of which may have significant mineralisation of nickel. copper, gold and silver, and the increase in world metal prices are all positive signs for ICG.
