Moody's are expecting the Ashburton IO project will be sanctioned by the JV partners in the coming months and MinRes share of the capex budget will exceed A$1 billion. Also there is the proposed restructure of the MARBL JV with Albermarle, increasing MinRes share from 40% to 50%, which may require a cash payment in addition to increased capital commitments for downstream conversion capacity.
