Extremely likely the case.
The whole broker model in Australia is:
1. Capital raise cash fee plus free options.
2. Pump stock.
3. When capital raise is coming, tell all your clients to sell.
4. Drive price down.
5. Put all your clients back into the capital raise.
It is f'in disgusting that companies engage with this model.
AV1 have solid investors on the board - surely they can engage with proper investors rather than going to patersons.
