    In terms of WHEN Cardiex are doing the consolidation and OTC:QX listing, i.e. NOW - it would be far preferable that it be in place BEFORE the launches of the new products this year and the attention that will draw to CDX worldwide.

    So in my view, the timing is both sound and necessary.
