When I saw the consolidation/split ANN, I thought ‘why now’? Initially a little disappointed, but after thinking about it for a while, that there must be a reason & it has become apparent now why, so I’m fine with this.

Cardiex is an International Co & ATCOR subsidiary USA based as is CC. USA investors value biotechs more than ASX investors & I know from other biotechs I’m invested on, without the OTC markets, it isn’t the easiest thing for US investors to get onboard Australian biotechs.

I agree with your post Jov, but I have to mention that on that other one starting with an I we are both long invested in that you gave an example of, Vanguard are now the second largest holder in that company & BlackRock are also in the top 10. It’s clear they have been accumulating.

So even without a NASDAQ listing and the motherlode of SOI, the big international funds investing in Big tier 1 Pharmas & biotech are attracted to very promising & somewhat derisked & progressed novel tech/IP. We are talking in the 100s of millions of dollars here, not peanuts.

I think this will bring opportunity for CDX especially when the next lot of news hits. One thing I have learnt is to be patient through these necessary things, because it’s often the case that there is a strategic plan beyond what investors may think on the ASX.

We have a clear reason for consolidation & this OTC class I’m guessing is above what our other company is on? I’m no expert on these things, I just know they exist. Maybe something to look into?

Many opinions I have read over & over on HC - investors will run a mile when they see consolidation/split ANNs - which is probably driven by small cap mining explorers needing to re-dilute for CRs & investors getting burnt. So shares get pumped & dumped on holes in the ground.

This is very different, CardieX has validated & FDA approved tech & that’s IMO. It’s a 1-10 consolidation, yes? Not 1-100. That’s what I read in the previous ANN. So we will be back around the 100 million SOI, excluding options?

I’m still very excited about what’s coming here. Would not surprise me at all if we get news soon on USA investment in CDX, not peanuts.
